How do downloads work?

Straight after payment, you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page. We also email the download link to the address you used at checkout.

What format are the guides in?

All guides are PDF files. They work on your phone, tablet and computer, and you can print them if you prefer paper.

The email with my download hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there, email us at thepracticalpdfguide@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you get your files.

Can I get a refund?

Because our guides are digital downloads, your right to cancel ends once the download starts. If a file is faulty, corrupted or not as described, email us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. See our full refund policy.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in British pounds (GBP). Other currencies may be available at checkout.

Are the guides professional advice?
