Shipping policy

Digital delivery

All our products are digital PDF guides. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping costs.

How you receive your guide

Straight after payment, you get a download link in two places:

- on the order confirmation page, and

- in an email sent to the address you used at checkout.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still isn't there, email us at thepracticalpdfguide@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you get your files.
